HCBC does not offer refunds on any items purchased.

Exchange Policy
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, or if the item is defective or damaged, we are happy to offer an exchange within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging to be eligible for an exchange. Please note that shipping fees for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you via email. At that time, you will be able to provide details of the item(s) you would like to exchange for.

Books, hats, water bottles, and any sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
